Sauté the garlic and onions using healthy oils like olive or coconut oil. Later, toss in the cabbage, roasted tomatoes, carrots, celery, zucchini, apple cider vinegar (for the tang! ), and water. Add salt and pepper as needed.
Day 4/7
Take a plunge into day 4 with lemon and cucumber water. As the name suggests, you must cut and add cucumber and lemon to warm water.
